Glaze on Pottery

Explore our selection of pre-made pottery, featuring everything from playful figurines and seasonal decorations to functional items like plates and cups. Choose your preferred colors and create your own designs. After glazing, leave your pottery with us for its final firing in our kilns. Return in a week to pick up your stunning finished ceramic piece, crafted to endure a lifetime!
The details:
-No studio fee or firing costs. Prices are determined by size and detail of project picked.
-All studio glazes are food safe. We recommend hand washing and avoiding the microwave when you can. (Treat it like the work of are it is!)
-Pottery will be ready for pick up 7-10 days from the day you painted. We do not offer shipping.
-We keep pottery for pick up approx one month from the original pick-up notification. After the one month pick up period, your pottery may be donated.
Create with Clay

Start from scratch with our unique walk-in clay projects. Anything you can think of you can form as the sky is the limit with clay! Choose to follow along with some of our studio clay projects from the past using step by step instruction sheets or come in with your own clay ideas and sculpt to your hearts content!
The details:
-Prices depend on clay poundage usage and projects picked. Cost covers first firing with an option to glaze at a later date for $5.
-Clay works will be ready approx 2-3 weeks from the day made.
-If glazed, all projects are food safe and dishwasher safe.
-Understand ceramics can be an unpredictable process. Clay making takes time to dry and fire properly. Results vary.
Throw on the Wheel

Must have attended a wheel session or class in our studio in the past to unlock drop-in wheel times.
Unleash your inner potter with our drop-in wheel sessions! Whether you're dreaming of crafting cups, bowls, plates, or vases, hop on our pottery wheels and let your creativity spin wild!
The details:
-Must have attended a wheel event at our studio or been in a pottery class in the past 6 months.
-Ages 7+ (An adult must also register for a throwing session with children under the age of 14 years)
-No instruction is provided during your session.
-Absolutely no storing of work after the end of your wheel time. All work must be turned in for firing by the end of your 3 hours.
-You are responsible for cleaning up your space and tools during the last 15 minutes of your session.
-2 lbs of clay are included with the opportunity to purchase more @ $5 per lb.
-Work will be fired approx 2-3 weeks after session with the opportunity to come back and glaze for a second firing.
-Return visits to glaze work is a flat fee of $5 studio visit for 3 or less works, $10 for 3 or more pieces.

“But what if I am not very creative?”
Shelves upon shelves of crisp white pottery or a ball of clay can be a bit intimidating, we get it! But everyone and anyone can make a beautiful ceramic artwork even if you consider yourself a “non-creative!” We have online resource/reference boards for those looking for inspiration. We also have a variety of easy to follow glazing techniques and a selection of specialty glazes that make any piece a master piece!
