Cancellation Policy

Upon scheduling an appointment, you are required to agree to our studio waiver and refund policies.

1. Payment is required when booking. (At least a deposit or full payment.)

2. To reschedule or cancel for a full refund we required a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. You can reschedule up to 48 hours in advance by calling into the studio. However, please be aware of the studio schedule. If we are closed for the day, we can not reschedule and you will lose your deposit.

3. If you arrive late, your appointment will still conclude at the scheduled time as someone may have an appointment booked following yours.
